2. Note: The product is for industrial. Please attention to use.

Installation

1. Attention: As include plastic parts, cannot be installed at the environment which contains the following materials. Direct sunlight also should be avoid.

2. Note: When install the drain-pipe, please be sure the status in outlet. Inappropriate piping, will cause leakage and get wet the facklity.

1). Pipe size: Inlet: Rc1/2    Outlet: Rc1/2

2). Installation and piping of drainage: When the drain-pipe outlet is downward, the product should be vertical installation. Check valve must be installed at the drain-pipe inlet.

Warning: if use it in a wrong way, may cause the user serious injury or death.

1. Do not use other liquid, only the specified. Authorized liquid, is compressed air, Others may cause the product broken, like breakdown, leakage and etc.

2. For installation, must according to this manual. Wrong installation will cause water leakage or air leakage.

3. When transfer and lend the products, please transmit the manual too. When sell or transfer the used products, in order to let the new user could use safely, please place the manual obviously.

4. Confirm the piping of drainage. Inappropriate piping, will cause leakage and get wet the facility.

5. No drain without water. Please close the handle of the inlet drainage device. Or, the valve core will be abnormal abrasion.

6. When clean, repair and check, please pumping out the compressed air in the pressure container. If there is residual air, the component will fly up, cause damage.

7. How to keep the product (Long time without use)

1). Drain out the water in drain-pipe. Get rid of the water in the drainage device. Observe from the bottom up, turn right, to drain out the water in the cup.

2). Dismantle the product after close the ball valve.

3). Keep away the garbage, dust and rainwater when keep the product.

Attention: If there's water residual in the drain-pipe, will cause the internal parts corrosion and damage, lead to breakdown.
